1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Salbeh Studio. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account & Authentication

Salbeh Studio uses Google OAuth for authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by third-party account compromise.

3. Service Description

Salbeh Studio provides AI-powered image generation tools that allow users to create images from text prompts and optional presets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Usage Plans & Credits

Salbeh Studio offers one-time credit packs:

• Free: 20 credits
• Starter: 100 credits
• Creator: 300 credits
• Pro: 700 credits
• Studio: 1600 credits

Credits do not reset and are deducted as you generate images. Exceeding available credits will block generation until you purchase more.

We may adjust credit packs or features in the future with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

5.1 Prompts & Inputs

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. By using the Service, you grant Salbeh Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your prompts solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Generated Images

You own the images you generate.

Salbeh Studio may store generated images to provide gallery, download, and history features.

We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, abusive, hateful, or explicit content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

7. Presets & Admin Content

Some features (such as Presets) are created and managed by administrators. Presets are provided “as-is” and may change or be removed at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including:

• Google (authentication & AI services)
• Supabase (database & storage)

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific results from AI generation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salbeh Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or generated content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

When you sign in using Google, we collect:

• Email address

• Profile picture (if available)

1.2 Usage Data

We collect:

• Prompts submitted
• Generated images
• Usage counts (credit consumption)
• Basic analytics (feature usage, errors)

1.3 Storage Data

Generated images are stored securely using Supabase Storage and associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate users
• Provide image generation features
• Enforce usage limits
• Improve product performance
• Provide support and security

We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI Processing

Prompts and images are processed by AI providers (such as Google GenAI) only to generate requested outputs. We do not use your data to train models.

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with:

• Google (authentication & AI services)
• Supabase (hosting, database, storage)

Only what is necessary to operate the Service is shared.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active.

Generated content remains until you delete it or your account is removed.

You may request deletion of your data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including:

• Encrypted connections
• Role-based access controls
• Row-level security (RLS)

No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access your data
